  • Yes, customers can return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalty, if they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Personalized products can only be returned if they are defective.

  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to monitor the status of your courier delivery.
