Preamble. Website Operator. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the Website, creating an account and/or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree with the provisions below, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website aims to promote and sell official products associated with Nostalgia Festival, as well as to provide information about events.

2. Acceptance of Terms. Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into distance contracts. If you use the Website on behalf of a legal entity, you declare that you have the authority to bind that entity.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website or to limit certain functionalities (including placing orders) in cases of abusive use, fraud attempts, infringement of intellectual property rights, or violation of these T&C.

3. Products and Orders

Products sold through the Website include, by way of example, decorative items and clothing. Product photos and descriptions are for informational purposes; minor differences in shade/color may occur depending on screen settings or lighting conditions. For clothing, size-related information (size guide, fit, composition, care instructions) is displayed on the product page; the customer remains responsible for choosing the appropriate size based on this information.

Placing an order represents your intention to purchase the selected products. The distance contract is generally considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller (for example, by e-mail confirmation and/or shipping confirmation), subject to stock availability.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed separately before completing the order.

Payment can be made by bank card or other methods available at checkout. If payment is processed through third-party payment service providers, they are responsible for processing transactions under their own terms, and we only receive confirmation of payment / transaction results.

5. Delivery

Delivery is generally carried out through third-party couriers. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery address, order volume, peak periods, and other external factors.

We recommend checking the package upon receipt. If you notice visible damage or missing items, please note your objections with the courier and inform us as soon as possible to facilitate resolution.

6. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal). Refunds

If you are a consumer (natural person) and have purchased online, you generally benefit from the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the products, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Withdrawal may be exercised by sending an unequivocal notification to [return email] or via the [return form] available on the Website.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received, insofar as reasonably possible: without excessive signs of use, without damage, with all accessories/labels, where applicable. In the case of clothing, returns are accepted only if the product is unworn (except for trying on), unstained, unwashed, free of persistent odors, and with intact labels.

The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, except where the product is non-conforming or an error attributable to the Seller has occurred (e.g. incorrect product delivered). Refunds will be made in accordance with distance contract regulations, generally within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal decision, and may be postponed until the returned products are received or proof of shipment is provided.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity. Complaints

For sales to consumers, the legal warranty of conformity and related remedies apply, in accordance with applicable legislation. Complaints regarding non-conformity should be sent to nostalgiastore@infinit.love, including the order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, relevant photos.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and the accuracy of the published information. However, the Website may contain errors, inconsistencies, or temporary interruptions, and the Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these T&C shall limit or exclude the Seller’s liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, and materials displayed on the Website are, as applicable, the property of the Seller or are used under license/rights. Copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials without prior written consent from the rights holder is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
