Return Policy

  1. Right of return
    Customers may return purchased products within 14 calendar days from receipt, without penalties and without providing a reason.

  2. Return conditions
    Products must be returned in perfect, undamaged condition, in their original packaging. Personalized products can only be returned if they are defective.

  3. Return procedure
    To return a product, send an email to nostalgiastore@infinit.love with your order details and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions for shipping the product back.

  4. Refund
    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.
